Introduction of the motor
1. Name of the motor : DC Gear Motor 12V 24V With Encoder &protective cover
2. Rated voltage have DC 12V and DC 24V
3. DC 12V ; You can choose the no load speed have :
6rpm/10rpm/18.5rpm/30rpm/38rpm/56rpm/89rpm/167rpm/267rpm/500rpm/800rpm
Rated torque between 0.32 To 41 KG.CM; stall torque: between 1.16-50KG.CM, it is recommended that your project load not exceed the rated torque; Select a no load speed in DC 12V, there will be corresponding rated torque and stall torque, please refer to the parameter table below.
4. DC 24V ; You can choose the no load speed have :
12rpm/20rpm/37rpm/60rpm/76rpm/111rpm/178rpm/333rpm/533rpm/1000rpm/1600rpm
Rated torque between 0.4 To 50 KG.CM; stall torque: between 1.7-60KG.CM, it is recommended that your project load not exceed the rated torque; Select a no load speed in DC 24V, there will be corresponding rated torque and stall torque, please refer to the parameter table below.
5. Direction of rotation of the motor: CW Or CCW, Support Reversed;
Control the clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the motor by changing the way the positive and negative electrodes are connected

Encoder introduction
1. Outstanding features: This motor witn encoder; the motor has a speed measuring function ;
2. The encoder has high performance and is a two-channel and three-channel incremental magnetic encoder. It can adapt to harsh environments. Each magnetic encoder contains a magnetic grid and magnetic sensitivity to detect the motor. The quadrature phase angle of the two channels of the output is 90 degree Celsius square wave, the motor has two signal lines, the motor rotates one turn, each output 16 square waves

Red line : DC power supply positive pole connected to the motor
Black wire : DC power supply negative pole connected to the motor
Green line : Sensor ground
Blue line : Sensor power supply
Yellow wire : Signal A output point
White line : Signal B output point
